SMS Terms
The program
These terms cover text messages sent by Solidcore Holdings Inc, doing business as Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids ("we", "us"). Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids is an independently owned and operated franchise.
If you opt in, we text you about your estimate, appointment, project and service. That includes scheduling and rescheduling, appointment reminders, arrival updates, follow-up on an estimate you requested, replies to questions you send us, and a request for feedback after your project. Texts come from (616) 202-3329.
How you opt in
You can agree to receive texts in either of these ways:
- By checking the consent box on our text messaging sign-up form.
- By telling one of our team members, when you book or at your estimate, that we may text you at the number you gave us.
Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can be a customer and never receive a text.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your project. Most customers receive a handful of messages around an estimate and a handful around an installation.
Cost
We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text from us. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, text START to (616) 202-3329.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your coverage, and is not guaranteed.
Your number
You must be 18 or older and the regular user of the mobile number you give us. If you change or give up that number, tell us so we stop texting it.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
