Who we are
Solidcore Holdings Inc is a Michigan corporation based in Grand Rapids. It operates Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids, an independently owned and operated franchise, and InsideOut Renovations. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Solidcore Holdings Inc and those businesses.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email and the address of the property.
- Project details: what you asked about, measurements, photos and notes from an estimate or a job, and the estimates, invoices and payments that follow.
- Messages: the calls, texts and emails between you and us.
- Text message consent: when you opt in to texts we record your number, the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and the network address and browser the form was sent from.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To respond to you, prepare estimates and schedule and carry out work
- To send appointment reminders and project updates
- To bill for work and keep business and tax records
- To ask for feedback after a project
- To meet legal, insurance and warranty obligations
Text messaging
We only text you if you have agreed to it. Details of the program are in the SMS Terms.
We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the messaging provider and mobile carriers that deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that run our business systems for us, such as scheduling and customer records software, phone and messaging providers, email, accounting and payment processing. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Our franchisor. Insulation Commandos of Grand Rapids is a franchise. Customer and job records for that business are kept in systems provided by the franchisor, which may access them to support our operations. This does not include text messaging consent.
- Financing and payment partners, when you choose to apply for financing or pay by card.
- Subcontractors working on your project, who receive what they need to do the work.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our staff or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and project records for as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. Records of text messaging consent and opt-out are kept so we can show that we honoured your choice.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Ask us to stop calls or emails at any time.
- Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
